Back on the grid…

It has been sooooo long since my last post.  So many exciting new things are happening for me professionally and I can’t wait to share with you soon!  In the meantime, here are some pics from INSTAGRAM @lalainaleeduncan #lifeoflala to fill in the blanks of my absence.

Saturday night?  Never not working!

Do or Dye!  Fun with color!

Sunday mornings are for coffee and biscuits @ Parish

Loving the new Bowery tights from NIKE sportswear!

Best way to end the stressful work week…Prisoner wine & Colori Kitchen, all in my hood DTLA!

Bondi Beach

Sydney’s Bondi Beach exceeded my expectations…Jammed pack beaches, surfers in the line up, tan & toned locals.  But what I wasn’t expecting was how hip and chic the surrounding neighborhood of Bondi is.  North Bondi is stunning with its tide pools filled with playful children, stylish hipsters sipping champagne on the hillside overlooking the beach, and lots of great restaurants and shops.  Although its quite touristy it retains its appeal for the locals.  What a better way to end the trip than watching the sunset over Bondi.

Before heading to the beach, we stopped for a bite to eat at Sonoma for some delicious artisan bread.

If this is how packed the beach is during the Winter, I can only imagine what is like during the Summer.

The Bondi Tide Pool

Above the hill in North Bondi was a really cute neighborhood with beautiful homes and great cafes.

We decided to join the locals and watch the sunset over Bondi on what I call “hipster hill”.

So this is the last meal where we ask each other what our favorite part of the trip was.  This time it was over a nice bottle of Australian Shiraz and savory tapas.
