I’m a lover of all things bold and bright. Sometimes using the simplest of materials can result in something strikingly innovative. Australian knit designer, Megan Todd and her emerging brand, KNOTS and KNITS, does just that creating unique pieces by mixing materials such as rope, leather, suede, hemp and bone in palettes of neutrals and neons, lends way to the free-spirit and edgy Australian aesthetic. The label has gained much deserved attention from the fashion industry and it just looks like, I’ll have to make sure there’s plenty of room in suitcase when I go to Australia to bring some of these back to good ol’e USA!
